HOW TO USE
Fill your bathtub with warm to hot water (comfortably warm to help relax muscles).
Add ½ to 1 cup of Recovery Bath Soak to the running water.
Stir gently to allow the salts and botanicals to fully dissolve.
Soak for 20–30 minutes, allowing the minerals and essential oils to ease tension and soothe sore muscles.
Rinse lightly if desired and pat skin dry.
Follow with a body butter or moisturizer for optimal hydration and recovery.
