  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    Flat-rate shipping of $15.00 on all U.S. orders.

  • Free Shipping:
    Available on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax).

  • International Shipping:
    We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Delivery Times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional cost)

  • International Shipping: Typically, 7–14 business days (varies by country and customs)

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
      Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at

      We will investigate the issue and, when applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

We’re confident that once you experience the quality of ANGELSCREATIONS, you won’t want to return a thing! Our products are crafted with care and intention. However, if you need assistance, we’re here to help.

  • Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Non-Returnable Process:

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Beauty, skincare, haircare, and feminine care products

    • Personal care items

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Final sale or clearance items

    2. Include your order number and reason for return

    3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds:

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • You will be notified via email if your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
